My approach to your wellbeing

I support my clients with a holistic and personalised approach with their wellness journey, to tackle not only their diet and eating habits but also mental wellbeing and lifestyle factors which they may not even realise are impacting their health. 

 

I offer clients counselling and coaching in all wellness aspects either on an hourly basis or with a programme tailored to achieve their goals – from meal plans and mood change to stress management and movement –  simple obtainable changes which align with their emotions, energy levels, lifestyle and work commitments.
